Get your copy this Saturday December 3 at the Monterey Music Cafe! 7MJ has a surprise show at the Monterey this weekend just in time to ring in the holiday season. So come out this weekend and rock out with the Jigawatt band! Ho-Ho-Ho! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 11.22.2005 Anticipation hangs in the air as 7 Million Jigawatts waits for the delivery of their newly recorded Sinister Santa Sampler CD! The band woke up singing holiday tunes! So...Inspired, 7MJ went into the studio and put their rock n' soul twist on some of the most memorable holiday songs. Hear Melissa sing "Santa Baby" with threads of Jake's blues inspired guitar licks. There's a version of "Sleigh Ride" that just might slay you... Clint goes that fast folks. Hold on with both hands on this ride cause the version of "Silent Night" brought tears to my eyes. Whatever you want to say, the end result is seven holiday favorites reinvented by 7 Million Jigawatts. 7MJ will be offering them for sale starting on Wednesday night, November 23 at the Monterey Music Cafe show. You will also be able to get pre-release copies from the band at the Friday, November 24 Monterey show and the Saturday, November 25, Blue Martini show in Birmingham. A staple in the Jigawatt musical diet, the band looks forward to returning to the Hamlin. This crowd knows how to kick up their heels and party. SI raised over $27,000 for Breast Cancer Research!The second annual Chick Ride for Breast Cancer Research was a rousing success! Special thanks to our hosts, Cathie Teifer and Corky Hancock, for providing a beautiful surrounding for a delightful picnic. It was a day drenched in the sunshine and fun. 7 Million Jigawatts was honored to be a part of such an important cause. Special Breast Cancer Benefit performance!Saturday September 10, "Riding for Breast Cancer Research", featuring 7 Million Jigawatts performance after the motorcycle ride. Sponsored by the Soroptimist International of Trenton procedes to benefit Breast Cancer Research and SI of Trenton Area Service Projects. There will be a police escorted ride with a pig roast after the ride. The event kicks off at noon, with the ride beginning at 2 pm sharp from the Hancock Estate in South Rockwood. 7MJ performance starting around 4 pm.
